      Pros

      Great people working together as a team. Flexible hours and schedule. Not sure how the benefits compares to other companies. I have heard the benefits varies with job level.

      Cons

      There isn't a whole lot of negatives that I can think of. I would say the typical company politics. I think the positives far outweigh the negatives. That's just my opinion. There are others with very different opinion.

      Stay away until the dust settles!

      Pros

      Ok benefits nice office with free parking good people; interesting projects; professional atmosphere ; free coffee and monthly lunch meetings ; ok vacation time off but we lost a holiday in a cost saving measure.

      Cons

      So many changes -- five presidents (at least) over the past 8-10 years and now we're being taken over by a company in Louisiana that knows nothing about our business; continual layoffs over the past 2-3 years; office closures; lost a holiday; lost cellphones ; no bonuses for several years; nonexistent raises; average benefits but at a high cost to employees . New company promises changes but that remains to be seen

      Not What it Used to Be.

      Pros

      I guess there's probably something good if you're in senior management, you don't need to do anything well and you'll still get paid! Immediate coworkers were great, but they all left too.

      Cons

      Depressing atmosphere, no sense of any real leadership, generally just a terrible atmosphere. No morale is left. They have the blinders on; the workers are the band on the Titanic.

      I am sorry to hear this. The company has started some very exciting programs for staff and are getting ready to launch our new PM academy which gives employees a great career path. Many staff are taking advantage of this other new benefits. We will try harder moving forward.
