      Pros

      people work there are very nice. It's really nice to work with them. Supervisors are supportive. If you're not demanding in your career development, it's a good place.

      Cons

      Although the company treats its employees well, the salary is lower than the average level in the market. No more room for employees to develop their career and lack relevant training.
