No Engineer can work more than 3 month at WATTCO. Poor management and toxic workplace where it's difficult for workers to shine. If you have success in your tasks, they always think about deleting the people to take all credit for them. Verbal harassment with a moody manager behavior. The Owners do not believe intermediate managers and have no trust to anyone, it can be a personality issue and the result of hiring people who don't have the interpersonal skills to be managers in the first place. Lack of management skills with devoting resources to training can go a long way toward alleviating the problem.
