      My leader is supportive, has an open-door policy, asks for and gives feedback regularly and is genuinely invested in the team's growth and the individual's professional development. There is a positive work culture among my team and work-life balance is highly respected.

      As a growing company, some processes are still evolving, but leadership is receptive to ideas and improvement.

      Fast-paced, Complex. Lots of Opportunity. Stimulating and exciting to be a part of the org and industry. - Remote work - Competitive salary & benefits - MSP is constantly looking for ways to evolve and improve - Treatment and skincare perks - Opportunity for growth - Nice people - Interesting industry

      - Complexity of the business - Getting clinic buy-in - Pace and expectations (ebbs and flows) - Negativity from some employees - Unrealistic expectations (at times) This is a 5-year-old business that I believe is doing its best to meet the demands of the industry and our partners. The company is willing to learn and grow and leadership takes accountability for mistakes but knows we can always do more/do better.
