      Pros

      I enjoyed working at Vormetric prior to acquisition by Thales. I moved because of a great career opportunity I have got infront of me..otherwise I would not move. Great sales processes and great leadership

      Work is interesting, coworkers are nice and helpful, benefit is ok, PTO is super nice!

      Pros

      -Although I can't move from group to group easily, I may choose things that interests me. --Coworkers are very helpful to each other and never hide things. --On site small gym has enough equipments and very nice classes --PTO is 4 weeks for new hire! Unheard of in bay area. I think this one is the biggest attraction to me. For companies that offer unlimited PTO, that is a joke coz nobody dare to ask for PTO (that was what I heard)

      --need better medical benefit, or less expensive medical benefit --no espp
