Provides a great place to grow your career - excellent set of clients, both B2B and B2C - interesting project work - integrates strategy and creative teams - minimal hierarchy - strong mentorship / career manager structure - really smart people

Cons

Vivaldi provides most training on the job but could benefit from more structured content/trainings for the team
