      Well-paying employer, clear job description and duties, nice offices, no overtime unless needed (not often) and you agree to it

      Cons

      No hybrid model and tricky location for every day commute, a lot of structural changes, no ticket restaurant card

      Pros

      No pros. Avoid at all costs. I lost 3.5 years of my time working there.

      Cons

      1) No opportunities to grow. Promotions will be given only to close friends of the management. 2) Operations division is completely unorganized with upper management constantly exploiting work from home options when the official guidelines of the company restrict you to do so. 3) Bonuses were only allocated once and the salary increases were around 5% in 3.5 years. 4) Team managers have literally no idea of what your tasks are and are constantly micro managing hoping that their “work” will be evaluated. 5) Operations director has no idea on how to manage the department and is literally like there is no leadeship. 6) Facilities are mediocre with questionable hygiene. 7) No employee perks. Only a basic health insurance. 8) Stock option plan is a scam.
