      Has a great work place. Very flexible working hours. Great and friendly coworkers. Will provide all the support you need so you can perform well. Lots of opportunity for progression.

      You can take as much responsibility as you can carry. Very friendly and professional management. The goals and aims of the company(along with where we are) are open to employees. Friendly team, each team member is always willing to help each other.

      Cons

      Sometimes you need to switch context frequently, but it is probably an attribute of our industry in general, rather than this particular company.
