Pros

Nice coworkers, fun employee engagement activities

Cons

Kind of a lot. The pay isn’t great, benefits are bad and really expensive for what you get, and you have to pay $100 a month for parking. A lot of the employees are nice, but management was not good. Right before I left the CMO and communications director got into a screaming fight in a group meeting, that kinda thing. Not a lot of learning opportunities, overall not a good place to grow.

Pros

- Located in Baltimore Harbor

Cons

- Long standing employees perform poorly and get promoted - Conflict of interest issues with employees and board members - Support documented racist restaurant group and keep group on their board - low salary - high turnover - clear racial divide in office between who is disciplined/gets promoted/pay raises etc - old tech - poor managers who use benefits of role to serve their own interests - no professional development / room for growth - favoritism - most staff dont live or spend time in the city and are bias against city residents that are black and low/middle income
