      Pros

      Excellent company that focuses on the progression of their staff, as well as providing an excellent working environment. Opportunities provided to further develop your skillset. State of the art manufacturing facility. Friendly staff and management team. In house gym and changing facilities.

      Cons

      Not any real issues, however, the production area has no natural light or windows therefore it get quite enclosing while working there for long periods of time.

      Great products from a small, multi-national company.

      Pros

      The products are excellent and simple to use. Once the product is demonstrated to the prospective customer, the customer immediately wants it.

      Cons

      Although there is no exact competition for the products, there are competing models from other companies which are similiar in fuction, but cost a lot less.

      Pros

      "SOME" great co-workers who want to do a good job and enjoy the time that must be spent at work.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, nepotism, interoffice romances that affect the mood of the work place, bullies, grown children, unrealistic work goals, lots of gossiping from the "it" crowd, no real promoting, overlooked and ignored.
