      Team friendliness and helpfulness Travel opportunities (depending on the project)

      Cons

      Giant technical debt and even worse, the lack of motivation to do better, always reaching the bare minimum. Very high salary changes for the same role/experience for no reason whatsoever. Some developers get assigned to new, clean, projects and get to travel all the time while others are stuck on legacy code projects
