Thank you for taking the time to share this review on Glassdoor, though I'm quite surprised about the "no strategy" bit. Since you stated that you are an ex-employee, perhaps you were an employee at Visca Web quite a few years back (when, to be honest, this might have been true). The fact that you mention 'table football' and that it hasn't been used by anyone at the company since we got a Playstation over 2.5 years ago now tells me this may well be the case. Since then we have also been using a tool called Peakon, which collects feedback from our team (anonymously) in order for us to measure satisfaction, engagement and to identify areas of improvement. The score for 'Strategy' has been over 8.5 / 10 on average this year, well above the benchmark score in our industry. At Visca Web we don't like to brag but we do like to set the record straight or at least offer a response, so if anything, thank you for giving us the opportunity to comment on how much we've improved on this specific point in those last few years after you left.
