Beautiful Campus, Difficult to get fired, Training Opportunities

Cons

Employee culture, Salary, Benefits, Uncaring Management, Lack of Diversity, Ageism and sexism rampant, Gossip and rumor are the lifeblood of campus. I had a colleague who was a 40+yr staff member of VT remark that "girls in leggings deserve to be r*ped" in front of Senior HR personnel with NO reprisal at all.
