Silicon Valley company cool factor— Technology is cool- doesn’t work as promised though..

Cons

Hundreds of broken promises and “Untruths” about the product and technology functionality. I honestly cannot believe the board of directors are buying what the Executive is selling with what is actually going on with sales in Canada and USA. Leadership leads by belittling staff and then bragging about how it should be done... but they try their way.. and fail... then blame everything else—- NO accountability by Executives—- pass the buck!

Amazing Product. Competitive Base Salary. Stock Options. Opportunity for career advancement.

Cons

Product is a VERY tough sell. Extremely expensive compared to competitors and status quo. If you can't find an ultra-luxury developer/owner who aligns with View's value proposition, you won't succeed. Also, View is relatively arrogant about their product, and blinded by their mantras (for example, they frequently state "Our windows are the only way for a customer to differentiate their asset". This is not true.) Another major problem is that the company is run by engineers, so their marketing isn't the strongest.
