Okay place to start, but have an exit strategy

7yThank you for taking the time to provide feedback as it is good to hear all perspectives. While your perspective is your reality, it is important to note that the senior management is often in quite early and/or logging in off-hours from home or other locations. We have a great team that works well together and showed that recently while working on a major project for one of our clients. We met a very aggressive deadline by taking on temporary roles and supporting our colleagues across departments. The result has been a great shared sense of accomplishment and pride for this impressive effort!
