      Pros

      Very interesting industry. Some people are nice and always willing to help.

      Cons

      Lot of turnover at all levels (including Executive). No honest leadership. Speech went from "all is good" to executing a massive laid-off next week, while burning millions of dollars in other company acquisition. There is a constant fear of being laid off. Low morale and no employee engagement. Lot of nepotism, especially in Engineering where lot of new hires are ex-coworkers or connected friends. Programmers with many years of experience in the aerospace industry were pushed out, just to be replaced with people without experience.

      Great people and cool offices (no really matters as now WFH)

      Cons

      Management does not know the business nor the technology. They will not listen to your ideas. Lot of unhappy people but they are afraid to speak up, they just leave the company.

      Pros

      Used to be great, some people from the golden era (Early acquisition of Casebank technologies - ATP) are still working for ATP so some industry knowledge still stays.

      Cons

      Poor and inexperienced management, no accountability when poor planning affects EBITDA and other financial measurements, lack of controls to produce quality products. The best and passionate employees flew a long time ago. VCs and investors are to blame for giving up too early and injecting a full set of mediocre new C level and VPs which destroyed the existing culture and trust. If you are considering ATP for work and you are not desperate do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
