Pros

Salary was ok, sales commissions were respectable (on paper). The majority of people have a great passion for what they do and were pleasant to work with. There were some wicked smart and talented brains that really know what they are doing.

Cons

Everything else. Insane work hours, no balance, unrelenting demands. Single point of failure stifling all aspects of business. CEO extremely narcissistic and would never stop to listen thinking she had all the answers. Referenced herself in comparison with Steve Jobs or Elon Musk at one point. Take take take behavior, no rewards or appreciation for employees. Empty words, broken promises. Maintained broken sales and business strategy. Did not listen to her own leadership team (most gone now). Commissions not paid as excuses and targets changed or were never attainable to begin with. Excuses on failures. Lies and deception. Many reached breaking points or quit on their own as they grew tired of it all. Top down behavior brought out frustration in most. No more C suite - would imagine new hires likely will leave in short order once they see reality. Others stick around waiting for market to get better. Significant voluntary attrition at no fault of leadership team. All quite sad as company could have been amazing.

Thank you for your feedback! We highly appreciate your feedback on our hiring team's effort to hire such good people to work with. We put lots of effort into finding the right people alongside finding the best employees. We understand that our high-speed industry pushes us to adjust. As a company as teams and as individuals -therefore from time to time we need to observe whether our current structure fits our challenges and create better conditions to reach our goals with satisfied employees. We are not there yet, but we are definitely on the high way to get there and our current employees are the best evidence for that. In terms of work-life balance, we recognize this is a crucial aspect of employee satisfaction and overall well-being. We created a flexible hybrid model in IL which helps our employees to get the right balance they need. We also offer flexible working options, including remote work (IL) and flexible hours (IL & US), to help employees balance their personal and professional responsibilities more effectively. We also strengthening our internal feedback mechanisms, such as regular check-ins, anonymous surveys, and open forums, to ensure that employees can voice their concerns and suggestions. We are committed to listening and taking action based on this feedback. Thank you for such detailed feedback. You help us grow better.

Pros

Great atmosphere and good people. Versatile has a positive work culture! I've been encouraged to stretch my limits, take on challenges, and evolve in my role. I've learned a lot from my time in the company, and my manager was always open to listening and helping with more complicated projects and situations.

Cons

I truly recommend the company and will be happy to see it continue to grow. The reason I decided to leave was a total career shift. Otherwise, I would still be there.
