Pros
The work environment is chill and friendly. Specific work is done independently without constant supervision. Supervisors are also easy and pleasant to work with (depending on the individual)—somewhat good benefits are offered. A job that's easy to do but must have the ability to follow specific instructions. Would recommend it to those looking for entry-level jobs or young workers needing work experience.
Cons
Tasks and work are very repetitive, as it is a Manufacturing Company. Not much room for career growth unless willing to transfer to different departments. Company benefits are average.
