Pros

Venzee is an exciting and friendly place to work, where I have felt a part of the team from day one. The people make this place special - everyone is very switched on and passionate about what they do, driven to make the company succeed, creating an inspiring work environment. As a start-up company there's opportunity to feel like a real part of the company, making a significant impact and not just another cog in a machine. It really is an exciting place to work with so much potential. Flexibility with how you work really helps make the company standout for me, working from home or in the office as you see fit - showing a real trust among everyone in the team.

Cons

As with any start-up the company did go through some growing pains earlier in the year, leaving some staff feeling a bit disgruntled. But I think the management are doing a good job of rectifying this now and taking on board people's comments as the company grows and develops. The office space is not to everyone's taste, being an old building in Gastown.

Pros

Venzee gives you the opportunity to work with very talented people around the world. The company is spread over 5 continents and no matter what time zone you are in we all work towards a common goal and have fun doing it. Venzee’s size allows for everyone that want to professionally evolve can do so. In addition, there is never just one one hat fits all - everyone gets to wear multiple hats that allows for daily professional growth. Locally in Vancouver there is a good sense of community feel. Tho not everyone has a need for daily interaction in terms of work there is a great sense of togetherness. Some of the best things to be implemented is clothes drive for the shelters in our vicinity and VR games. Tying the global company to the local company is the company workout club. The goal is 3 times a week and the infamous plank challenge every day at 3pm.

Cons

Being a global company is great in most respects. It would be great if the company could get together as a whole sometimes. But for now it works with our meetings online.

Pros

Startup culture in downtown is great! To be fair I learned a lot about the industry here. It was a great niche product!

Cons

Didn't want to write a review for Venzee but with all these 5 star reviews being posted what is management trying to prove here??? Clearly all these recent reviews have been written by management or probably coerced employees to make it sound like they are justifying all these old reviews when they let go their entire sales team essentially. This place was a miserable place to work. If you do end up applying, talk to anyone in the sales team and ask for an honest opinion.
