- it seems like the opportunities are being offered to new people and not the knowledgeable employees who have been supportive. - Some people are being "bullied" but it has been dismissed as a different style of management. Yelling at your staff won't motivate them. - Sadly all the leaders were transferred or were sacked or simply left the company. - HR does not care about you. 1. too many levels of management. Most people are managing people than doing the real work. The people who do the real work have been let go. 2. Sinking. less and less customers 3. We are still losing money 4. Hiring some people, spend money to teach to them and get them into culture, then let them go. 5. 1 people is doing 3 people's work. 6. Use a woman as a man; use a man as a slave 7. no career development. It is just a job to feed your family. Don't think about your future career since this company won't last too long 8. Put the wrong people on the wrong position to do the wrong jobs 9. Architects screw up the whole tech parts. They mislead the edge technology. 10. PM failed to introduce any creative ideas.
