      Lots of potential, but these miss the proper leadership

      Pros

      Nice Trucks, HR try's, I enjoyed the effort of the crews in the field.

      Cons

      Pour management, driven from people with less experience and driver from other markets. The Alios sister company was a disaster and they created so much extra overhead and extra work within the same parent company.
