It is a chaotic place run by an investor who dictates what to do to the whole team. His ideas are only available to one manager who then tries to convince the team what the new amazing feature they need to develop. Manager can’t say no to an investor at this company, so everything that he wants needs to be done tomorrow. His ideas are useless and not working. Also he likes to fire people over nothing and close his own projects that people were working on for months. Office is situated in the dealership center of this investor, there is no air to breathe inside all year around. Product Manager who tries to become CEO of the company is indeed just a regular middle Project manager, all he does is speaking to an investor without understanding a single thing or the ability to say No. Do not work here, you will easily burnout and have depression.
