Management is open to suggestions, listens to employees, and respects the experience we bring to the table. Great work colleagues with in-depth knowledge in their specific fields and willingness to help. A good opportunity to learn from peers. The company embraces a democratic approach to technical decision-making among all employees. The work environment is relaxed and hours are flexible.
Cons
Some parts of the codebase is considered legacy. However, refactoring time is typically approved by management to improve the system and bringing it up to standards.

Very competent peers and nice office. Also their HR person is kickass and amazing
Cons
At the time of my employment, there was no onboarding and their codebase is large and large parts are quite antiquated. Was extremely hard to get up and running.
