Pros

.Consistent hours during summer .Raises are possible, although limited to 2-3 dollars for your first year and 1 dollar every year onwards .Work hours are limited to 12 hours (often 10 work life balance is consistent) .Barbeques and dinners (cooperate fun ™) could go on both pros and cons

Cons

.Hours become inconsistent during fall/winter seasons, often you'll jump from job to job until something big comes up (if it does) .Some foremen treat everything like a competition, instead of fostering a sense of mutual cooperation .You'll very solemnly touch the concrete tools, even if you know what you're doing. There simply isn't that much placing and finishing done at vector. .Alberta is the only ununionized branch of vector, which in short mean less pay, less benefits and less job security .Obvious favoritism, but this common in almost every company
