      Pros

      Very nice working environment, supportive colleagues, nice collaborative culture that lets your ideas being heard and discussed. Very supportive and understanding in any physical or mental health related issues. Overall, a really good employer.

      Cons

      As almost any big organisation, there are a lot of slow processes, however there are being legitimate attempts to optimise them, by having clear documentation.
