+I felt familiar with most of my coworkers, they were easy to talk to and the environment was rather social.
Cons
-Dismal pay compared to industry standard. Well below median for my field. -No room to grow or any real guidance. -Some of the higher-ups were straight up rude, often cutting people off mid sentence. -Outdated software no one else uses, I wasn't acquiring useful industry skills.
