1) Company culture is exemplary - everyone wants to push each other to succeed and helps each other out 2) General feeling of trust that flows from top to bottom - there is no micro management and there is an underlying feeling of trust that we will perform according to our job description and beyond. That needs to be honoured. 3) Remote-first company that supports point 2) 4) Being part of an exciting field that is ripe for disruption 5) There is an encouragement for career support from upper management depending on our interests & performance 6) Seeing as we are a smaller company, it is simple to speak to anyone without having to go through hoops and everyone is always open to a conversation
Cons
Frankly, the only comment I would make is to create a more consistent onboarding methodology for all newcomers. Speaking for the sales team, it means to be operational as soon as possible with all the necessary tools, logins (and relevant training) and with a somewhat good understanding of our ideal customer and their pain points.
