Pros
1)Valuize allows its employees to grow. 2) You get to acquire newer skills. 3) it is a safe place to work at. 4) You are allowed to make mistakes. 5) You are encouraged to ask questions both internally and externally. 6) Team lead for Valuize is perhaps one of the best system admins I have come across. 7) Benefits are great ! 8) Everyone is extremely approachable. 9) Its Remote Work !! - You get to work from the comfort of your home. ( Meet-ups are arranged but even those are optional - but i highly recommend them )
Cons
1) The work can vary from no work to high work load. ( do not have a lot of cons ) - this is honestly a great place to be at.

Pros
Lots of different projects, with some of the biggest names of Silicon Valley. Opportunity to play different roles as we are an expanding small firm. The team is amazing, full of smart, talented people with many years of experience in Technical or Strategy CS roles.
