Hi recently quit valuepoint, One thing which I can tel ABT this company is it's ful of politics One employee did cyber crime using others employees photo, still action was not taken as that employee was close t management,cheap activities they do in office n getting support from managers ,these ppl are biased based on language,religion and region employees come from There are spies everywhere to observe things and these spy are directly in contact with higher management It's. Ful of micromanagement Moreover ppl doesn't have relevant exp n they r hired here for manager positions coz they come with lesser packages People are not professional at all
