Pros

- Can work from home quite a bit - Ok salary

Cons

- No management and leadership - Completely disorganized - Will demand for you to take tasks you are not trained on - Lots of trash talking in each others back including about their own clients - All projects are rushed and botched - Weirdly silent and awkward office vibe - Extreme level of turnover - The insurance is a joke - Never met my manager until my last day

Pros

Work hours flexibility, multi language culture

Cons

A happy time with a pipeline full of challenging projects, loyal customers, great culture and very talented resources. 2 years of Valtech acquisition: empty pipeline, 3 waves of layoffs in 2024, no salary increase, historical customers walking away and talented resources...offshore replaced

Pros

I worked for a great company called Absolunet before the merger with Valtech. I worked with some of the most passionate and dedicated people i have ever met. Unfortunately, the vast majority of these people are now gone because of the cons i will list below.

Cons

Compensation below market for many technical roles. Limited visible investment in employee growth or long-term career development. Multiple rounds of layoffs within a single year, often communicated in a way that felt opaque rather than transparent. Frequent restructuring cycles that disrupt teams, projects, and continuity. External AI-focused branding does not reflect the internal reality — employees must actively push to gain access to tools like Copilot. Leadership promotions and role changes that lack clear communication about impact or purpose. High turnover across technical teams. Burnout is common and morale has noticeably declined. Many technical employees openly discuss leaving. It is increasingly difficult to find long-term optimism about the company’s direction. The company values are often promoted (#Share, #Dare, #Care), but from an employee perspective, these principles do not consistently translate into day-to-day experience.
