Great. Flexible and accommodating management. Hospitable cultures company that looks out for there employees.Top Execs make periodic moral trips to the NCR to have lunch with staff. Annual events such as The Taste of Louisiana held in Washington DC is a great time the company treats everyone too.
Cons
Salary for position is less than the general rate. I think this may have been a unfortunate contract technicality.
