Pros
Overall a fun place to work. I was worried that it would not be big enough to support my own career goals or financially meet my needs but both have been met. CEO is plugged in and listens to everyone, genuinely wanting to help. The work is meaningful and everyone is kind and smart.
Cons
Small team means you wear many hats. Be prepared to stretch at times and work in the gray.
