      Pros

      This company listens to their clients and their employees, and the result is that things get done without the bureaucracy of larger companies. This also means that they want to employ people who like to get things done. Everyone in this company is accessible to chat with, including the C level. If you have grit, you can quickly prosper at Validity.

      Cons

      If you live in a city with a Validity office, they have not yet fully embraced work from home culture, however they do allow a hybrid work from home system and seem to be remote friendly for some roles.

      Pros

      Culture was great peer to peer pre Covid.

      Cons

      The company fell apart and tried blaming it on Covid and not the inept leadership and greed that drove lackluster performance. What was a Sales company is now old leftovers.
