Great IT Culture and Company Grew Fast

Very close knit group of people in IT and had a great work/life balance and great culture. Lots of happy hours and overall worked very well together in a work hard play hard type of atmosphere. Great place for a recent college grad to begin their career.

Cons

Company size grew very quickly (hired a lot of people and new management) but a lot of legacy systems/processes were not modernized quickly enough to handle the bigger load and amount of clients, leading to stress and inefficiencies over time. Culture also changed negatively with new management.
