Pros
Company you can put a foot into and grow with. The business is expanding, and that means opportunities are opening. I think anyone looking for a spot to land they can grow, especially if they're early in their career can succeed here. The fully remote environment for the most part is fantastic, with few issues because of it. Leadership is willing to listen and have hard conversations. They provide a monthly after hours meeting that is voluntary but a "town hall" feel where you can talk about problems, ask business questions etc. as well as weekly 1 on 1 touch bases and a weekly hands on meeting with the whole crew, really making you feel like you have multiple opportunities to bring up your issues. The owners are grounded in reality, and honest people who are purely looking to provide a good place for people to work, and deliver on services everyone can feel good about.
Cons
It's a growing company, so people wear extra hats, and you will find holes that need to be filled in various places, but nothing so bad it would cause you to lose sight of the benefits.
