A once proud company with a reputable name in the market has fallen apart. The young executives who lead this organization are immature and heartless. Management routinely fires their employees without warning or justification. They do not care about you, your family, or their subscribers. The company has become a place where it's only about the numbers and whether they look good for their investors and board members. This company will turn on you in a heartbeat if it benefits upper management and makes them look good. There is absolutely no transparency and management will lie right to your face. VRI supposedly stands for valued relationships Inc. Those values state that VRI treats their employees like family and employees are children taking care of parents and grandparents. They also preach doing the right thing when no one is watching. It's all fake. At one time these values actually meant something but that is no longer the case. This company has gone downhill ever since their founder left. Dysfunction, service delivery issues, constant turnover, and dishonesty are the "new VRI".

I have worked here for almost a year. There is blatant favoritism. My director claims that promotions/rewards are given by seniority, yet people from that came in months after other employees are promoted and transferred to higher paying deparents. I'm sorry but someone who's been working hard for you for 11 months should not be put aside for someone who's been there for 6 months. Also, my director doesn't even know how to do the job. It makes it a lot harder to respect and follow a boss that has no clue how to do my job. How did she even get the director position? Who you know, that's how. Not skill, experience, or talent, but who she knew. Its pathetic on her part, and on the CEOs part. They are also incredibly insensitive and unaccomidating. Understand that I am a good worker, I have worked hard for this company, and I can't even get first shift/any weekend days off. I would not recommend working here at all.
