      Sweet consumers, but toxic staff environment and poor management

      Pros

      Getting to know the consumers is a plus. Very sweet consumers. Pay is decent.

      Cons

      The environment among staff is toxic. The management with point blame at anyone without listening to concerns or providing help or solutions. Extremely understaffed at all times. Huge turnover. The work gets reassigned during staff change over and there’s no help from management.

      Unprofessional training leads to excessive daily stress

      Stress unlimited in every way imaginable.

      Cons

      NO Just NO! Unprofessional and ruthless, Training was a joke. Purposely told the wrong information and ommited information. Then when I would restate the information they gave me to ensure understanding they just kept changing their answers to cause confusion. Excessive and increasing stress daily. Communication is dreadful. Told not to be on our phones but then asked if we get their message. Witnessed another staff saying "good luck nobody stays in your position" to the new staff during a meet and greet.

      The consumers great to work with. You get a bonus twice a year. Most coworkers are great.

      Cons

      Poor hourly pay Supervisor is never there Favoritism is really bad.
