Jobs are often claimed before vehicles are even checked in, creating competition rather than an organized workflow. Many estimators appear inexperienced, which can negatively affect repair plans and technician earning potential. Management often seems to have less operational experience than the estimators, leading to poor decision-making and a lack of support for technicians.
