      Good work life balance No Politics/cliques Easy going sometimes, not too stressful

      Cons

      Low raises Higher ups go back and forth and can’t make up their minds, making us work more instead of giving it to us from the start No growth/ways to raise salary without leaving the company

      Pros

      The work was challenging and learned a new set of skills during my time with company. Co-workers and management easily accessible and good communication. Good team atmosphere between all departments. Owners were involved in all departments.

      Cons

      In 2012 there was too much work for the support staff on hand at that time. Some would think of this as a Con but those with a good work ethic succeeded and were rewarded.

      You get to work with some of the most passionate people in the industry and you get to be involved in different unique projects every day

      Cons

      The processes and expectations are not as defined as they need to be but they are working on making it more efficient and uniform.
