Pros
There's a lot to learn at the start because there's not much documentation. After a while, it plateaus after you get familiar with everything.
Cons
Not sure how the company was functioning, there's barely any structure. Management is pretty much a joke, there's no proper collaboration between teams. Communication with low and high level managers even was so bad, everyone used to say something and all seemed to not be sure of what was happening. No career advancement prospects. The management does not understand what "flexible time off" is, even sticks to what they think it was after confirming with HR so it's pretty much false advertisement. No coaching for managers to have proper people-managing skills. The product is mediocre at best, it wasn't doing well during Covid even when the demand for cyber security was at its highest. Avoid Vipre, unless you're really desperate.
