People (out of management team), one paid lunch per month

Management is just terrible, driving people to nervous breakdowns and sick leave, many simply left because they could not stand the pressure. Only promises and no career growth Too much work per person because of the lack of people They ask for your opinion, it's better to keep quiet because they don't like the truth If you're not smiling, they ask what's wrong with your face so you need to be fake

the team itself is okay. Bonus system but difficult to reach. Hybrid model, WFH 3 days a week. . Good opportunity for recent University graduates.

Cons

Pure chaos. high KPIs per specialist. Too little staff = overworked and stressed employees. Salary not high enough for the stress. monotonous work, gets super boring after a while. No growth opportunities. High turnover, people leaving the company on a monthly basis.
