Pros
10 days work from different location, work 3 days at home and 2 days in the office, 6 month probation period (which can also be a con)
Cons
It's very repetitive, they keep losing clients so it's hard to reach the KPIs for some markets, management don't really know what they are doing, they don't really support you, the turn over rate is awful so you have new people all the time, management clearly have favourites who get preferential treatment, if you don't speak Spanish it can be difficult, team morale is very low.
