      Pros

      Small business operations with large scale projects and customers. Working on something new everyday and working with the best test engineers.

      Cons

      Small biz operations have their cons at times too.

      Pros

      One gets to interact with almost all people in the firm, due to its size. There's ample exposure to several businesses due to the nature of work. Most people are easily approachable. If one accepts the technology, job satisfaction for the technically oriented person is guaranteed.

      Cons

      Inconsistency in profitability year-to-year. Lack of reasonable advance notice to employees in the event of layoffs. Growth beyond a certain level is not possible. Incentives end up being either job satisfaction, or salary raises (when possible).
