      A terrible company to be a associated with

      Pros

      None: they lied about the benefits of the position and contracting firm. I guess a pro is that there is no complaining because they do not respond back to any form of communication.

      Cons

      -They promised rate increase (because it was so low) if I got an extension. They never gave me an increase. - They never return communications unless it is an extension. That is because I had to ask my manager for an extension, since they do not bother to find out on their own - They have lied several times on conversations they have said they had, benefits, etc. - They are a lawsuit waiting to happen

      There are no pros, look elsewhere. These people do not care about their employees in the least bit. When hired we were provided with several incentives but this was just for the first year.

      Cons

      This by far the worst staffing agency. You have no direct contact with the agency HR, the pay constantly fluctuates and they do not provide proper explanation

      They are quick to respond to you.

      bare minimum expectation of a staffing agency that works as an intermediary between their client company and their staffed employee is that payroll for the employees on their job sites will get paid timely, and if some error occurs with payrolll that at the bare minimum employees would be notified in order to make their own monetary arrangements will they await receipt of their payroll. Well, I was expecting my payroll to come through this Friday, as it normally does like clockwork and I had to ask THEM what was going on when it was LATE. Zero notice. Many employees effected.
