Pros

Interesting technical challenges and modern tooling in theory.

Cons

Architecture decisions shifted frequently, which created instability in the codebase. Refactoring became routine rather than strategic, and long-term planning was often replaced by short-term fixes. This led to recurring technical debt and frustration among contributors trying to build durable solutions.

Pros

The workload itself could have been manageable with real structure.

Cons

It just never feels stable here, and that constant fear hangs over everyone. People are let go with no warning barely any explanation, which comes off unethical and honestly pretty brutal. Policies seem to change quietly right when you start getting comfortable, so you are always second guessing things. Training is almost nonexistent, so you are thrown into work and blamed when it does not go well. The way dismissals are handled feels shady enough to make you uneasy. Time off is limited, flexibility is rare, and the safest advice I can give is to avoid this place.

Pros

My coworkers are great, but it's difficult to get to know any of them since every single one of us is too busy trying to keep up with work. For real, though, I would not recommend working here to anyone.

Cons

The work environment here is toxic and unwelcoming. Employees aren't given any training or support, but are expected to immediately know how to do their jobs after being given a few pointers and some vague guidelines. Managers don't make things any better; a lot of them are incredibly unprofessional and often make inappropriate jokes. Whenever you tell them you're uncomfortable with their behavior, they take it personally, get angry at you, and try to justify their actions. It's already exhausting enough to have to keep up with heavy workloads, but having to put up with such horrible personalities as well makes working here exponentially more miserable.
