- 2 days wfh/ mth - qtrly bonus for non managerial level - union subsidy - free lunch during special occasions like CNY, Xmas, deepavali.. - AWS - annual leave start from 14 days - Good place for anyone to learn in depth on semiconductor manufacturing. - fast learning curve

Cons

OSAT environment so expect it to be stressful and 24/7 contactable. High turnover. Need to clock in timing, else pay deducted ( can ask manager to adjust for you) Strong customer focus Need a lot of support from different technical teams and may feel overwhelming.
