Stayed here for 4 years, I learned so much, had a great working relationship with the owner. We were friends and worked like a machine. I was paid well, given flexibility and encouraged to grow. I cherished my time working at UE and recommend any person who wants to get their foot in the door in recruiting to consider joining the company. She has a great reputation with companies around the US and a lot of her network is what keeps her and the team busy. Its a small intimate team but I had the opportunity to with small startups to large tech companies, various roles and industries. Very grateful to have an industry veteran who can bring in clients while everyone else is closing doors and laying off. We've maintained a steady clip, though the company is struggling through the 2023 tech downturn, we're making it. The remote work and the trust in our ability to work and perform while remote is excellent.
