      Pros

      Leadership is great and the CEO genuinely values employees and supports their personal growth and success. The culture is collaborative and inclusive, with a team of smart, dedicated people who take pride in their work. Great work-life balance with remote and hybrid work-from-home options. This is a place where people stay long-term because of the supportive atmosphere and growth opportunities.

      Cons

      The work can be demanding as the company standards are high. I personally find challenging work rewarding but it may not be the best fit for everyone
