      What a team!

      Pros

      The team: -very technically strong (very senior people) -no egos -strong sense of ownership & responsibility -very friendly, open, positive, energetic people -emphasis on quality software The company: -great benefits -early stage feel -flexible work hours -transparent management -organization really respects the technical process (addressing and accounting for tech debt) -very ethically responsible

      Cons

      -Office (currently @ wework) is noisy, but a permenant space is being built now, should address noise concerns in the next 6 months.

      - amazing talent (simply put, these are the best people I've work with); - no egos; - very positive culture; - salary at the top of the market; - flexible work hours; - paid lunch once per week; - snacks and drinks; - employee wellness program; - management very transparent, available and open for any questions; - I could go on all night...
