Awesome intelligent colleagues, fair benefits, fun startup atmosphere, cutting edge ideas, room to come up with the next big thing and run with it (to a point).
Cons
Morale tanked, constant tension that the company could go belly up at any time, one hateful manager screaming at the top of his lungs at everyone all the time, revolving door of executive leadership, each steering the ship in a totally different direction to narrowly avoid financial ruin... Whiplash!
